Terms of Use
Chapter 1: General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement aims to regulate the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the ICT Credit Link Project Internship site (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the Korea Information Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Administrator")
Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
  1. These terms and conditions become effective when they are disclosed through the service menu.
  2. The Service Administrator may modify these terms for reasonable reasons, and when the terms are modified, they will be announced without delay through a notice.
  3. These terms and conditions become effective when they are disclosed through the service menu.
  4. If the user disagrees with the modified terms, they may stop using the service at any time and cancel the service contract. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the modified terms will be regarded as the user's consent to the changes.

Article 3 (Regulations Not Covered by the Terms)
Matters not specified in these terms will be governed by relevant laws and regulations, and if not covered by law, by general practices.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
  1. User: A person who has signed up for the service.
  2. User ID: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user during the registration process for user identification and service access.
  3. Password: A combination of letters or numbers set by the user to protect their personal information.
  4. Device: A personal computer or other equipment installed by the user to access the service.
  5. Service Usage: Using the service by accessing the Service Administrator's main server using a device.
  6. Service Contract: A contract entered into between the user and the Service Administrator to provide the service under these terms.
Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement Article 5 (Formation of Service Contract)
  1. The service contract is formed when the Service Administrator accepts the user's application for use.
  2. When applying for the service, the user must enter necessary information electronically (via ICT Internship website server, etc.).
  3. The contract is made on a per-user basis, with one user ID as the standard.
  4. Special contracts for bulk service use or other special services will be made separately.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
A person who wishes to use the service must apply by following the online application form specified by the Service Administrator.

Article 7 (Reservation of Contract Acceptance)
  1. The Service Administrator may reserve acceptance of the contract in the following cases:
    • When there is no available capacity.
    • When there are technical issues.
    • When deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the service.
  2. The Service Administrator may reject the application in the following cases:
    • When using another person's name.
    • When the application contains false information.
    • When applying for the service with the intention to disrupt public order, morals, or good customs.

Article 8 (Change of Contract Details)
The user may change the following details by accessing the service and using the appropriate functions:
  1. Personal history.
  2. Password.
  3. Other matters recognized by the Service Administrator.
Chapter 3: Use of the Service Article 9 (Service Usage Time)
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there are special operational or technical issues. However, the Service Administrator may schedule maintenance or service interruptions as needed.

Article 10 (User ID, Password, and Management)
  1. The user is fully responsible for managing their user ID and password.
  2. Except in cases of clear reason, the user cannot share, transfer, or change their user ID.
  3. The user is responsible for any errors or misuse that occur due to the user ID.

Article 11 (Service Use Restrictions and Termination of Contract)
  1. The user may terminate the service contract by submitting an online termination request.
  2. The Service Administrator may terminate the contract or suspend service without prior notice if the user:
    • Uses another user's ID.
    • Disrupts the stable operation of the service by transmitting large amounts of information.
    • Sends unsolicited commercial emails.
    • Distributes computer viruses or malicious software.
    • Is subject to restriction by the Korea Communications Commission.

Article 12 (Deletion of User Content and Service Use Restrictions)
  1. The Service Administrator may delete content posted by users if there is insufficient capacity for the service equipment.
  2. The Service Administrator may partially restrict the service use if there is insufficient capacity for the service equipment.
  3. Users will be notified of deletions or restrictions through the service.

Article 13 (Service Suspension or Restriction)
  1. The Service Administrator may suspend the service for maintenance or in case of unavoidable circumstances.
  2. The service may also be suspended or restricted in cases of national emergencies, equipment failures, or service overuse.

Article 14 (Service Administrator’s Obligations)
  1. The Service Administrator is responsible for maintaining the service equipment and repairing or restoring it in case of failure.
  2. The Service Administrator will announce any changes or additions to the service via online notices.

Article 15 (Privacy Protection)
  1. The Service Administrator will protect user personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on information protection.
  2. The user’s provision of personal information to the Service Administrator is considered consent for the collection and use of the information as described in this agreement.
Chapter 4: Service Fees Article 18 (Service Fees)
The service is free of charge unless the Service Administrator changes the policy and makes the service paid, in which case the change will be posted on the service.
Chapter 5: Copyright Article 19 (Rights to Posted Materials)
  1. The rights to posted materials are held by the poster. The Service Administrator cannot use them for commercial purposes without consent but may use them for non-commercial purposes within the service.
  2. Users may not commercially use materials posted on the service without the service administrator’s prior approval.
Chapter 6: Claims and Liability for Damages Article 20 (Prohibition of Claims)
Users may not file any claims or complaints regarding service usage during the free usage period.

Article 21 (Prohibition of Damage Claims)
Users may not file damage claims against the Service Administrator or the Korea Information Industry Association for issues that arise during the free usage period.
Appendix
  1. (Effective Date) This agreement is effective from August 19, 2019.
